Pros: The staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. The complimentary soaps were amazing as they are the first in a hotel that I have ever seen with the ingredients on the labels. I have a nut and almond allergy so that was fantastic. Cons: we booked a King suite with extra room for our family. We also have a military discount, and a benefits plan that offers an upgraded room. When we arrived we were told the room was not available and they only had one room left in the hotel. The room was a downgrade and extremely tiny. I mean the king bed with two nightstands and no room to open a suitcase on the floor without having to step over to get the bathroom. The older part of the hotel has no elevator so you have to haul your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We cancelled the last 2 nights of our trip there and moved to another hotel. We also paid a much higher rate because it was Easter weekend. The hotel did offer a 20% discount, however this was still more than their regular rate. We were in Edmonton in search for a grad dress, we have went to a few hotels already and just wanted to start looking for the perfect dress. Maria, our front desk attendant, was very accommodating and helpful. She got us a great rate on the two rooms we needed, and to top it off, we did find that perfect dress with her suggestions in less than two hours! Thank you again Maria for making our trip stress-free! Will definitely stay here again! Pool is a bonus with a very relaxing vibe in the evening :

Very clean and tidy hotel. It’s all updated and pleasant to stay. The staff are wonderful, very attentive and polite. Especially the front ladies Bianca, Jeam and Maria are awesome, kind and polite. Just a wonderful experience so far. I would definitely come back here in my future stay. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

The gentleman at reception was the most helpful funny amazing character. He started our stay off making us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all our questions before we even asked anything. The cost of the room was incredible low compared to other hotels. Room was clean and quite plus complementary bathroom supplies.

Extremely disappointed. I have been a very committed customer for many years- that used to account for something VIP room rate Now hotel does not seem to recognize that at all. Outrageous prices for hotel who's service and amenities have gone down hill tremendously. Hot tub has not been operational for well over 2 years - probably closer to 3. Front desk staff less than accommodating nor helpful, blunt and rude. Check in learned I didn't have room that was ensured a few hours prior on phone. Must leave a note to even have room cleaned? We have stayed in this hotel for years and have supported both Denny's and Chop on all our stays. Will not continue to support a hotel that is over charging and rapidly declining in service.

A level of customer care I wasn't expecting, but was so grateful for. I found myself in the city for a medical emergency. I mentioned it during check in, and the amount of empathy Meagan conveyed was not something I was expecting. The next day when extending my stay, she asked how my mother was doing. I didn't think she would even remember who I was considering people come and go all the time. She also offered to extend my stay if needed and it was such a blessing to have that sort of care when you're a stranger in the city. I really can not say enough nice things about my stay. Meagan K is awesome and I hope she's there during my next visit.

Good stay overall. Room with kitchen was spacious. There wasn't any liquid dishwashing soap for washing pots and pans. Pool area at night was really dim - would be nice to have brighter lights.

Great value for money and good service. I love that they have 2 different restaurants on site. Our room in the tower was a bit far from the pool, but the facilities were really nice and we would definitely come back!Rooms: 5/5

Staff where exceptional and very accommodating. The choice to have a room that doesn't have an exterior window and only leads to the pool is a little bit strange but could be convenient for families. That being said the AC unit did not work and I can get a little humid or at least it did for us.Rooms: 3/5
