The only possible benefit is that this place is cheap and the beds are clean.  Bugs in the tub, holes in the wall. Tears in the carpet.  And pipes that vibrate so loudly and constantly you would swear without exageration there was construction equipment inside the wall.

It was a good quiet night as in the morning.
