Sand Castle Steakhouse

This is a great steak house located centrally . There is unique menu and has a variety . Food tasted great . Adequate serving too. Friendly and effecient service . Has adequate parking and easy access

We ate inside and as we were seated we noticed a LOT of flies. They were around us as we waited and ate our food. The food was delicious, our server was amazing and busy. But never let it affect her service. I noticed her cleaning a lot, so maybe another area was attracting the flies. I'll probably eat here again tho. I hope the fly issue is taken care of.

Feb 19 6:20. My wife and I decided to try somewhere we hadn’t been before in town for a special anniversary supper out so we thought we’d give sand castle a try. Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. While my wife and I were seated right away and given waters we were then completely forgotten about after that. Our server didn’t come back to take our order. The other servers seemed to be doing a good job on their tables and other people came in and got drink orders and food orders taken while we were ignored. After waiting around 20 minutes without any attention, we made the decision to leave. The lack of attention and service here was incredibly disappointing and made for a frustrating first experience. I was hoping for a pleasant night out but unfortunately this restaurant did not deliver. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly won’t be going here again.

Very nice meal. Steak and lobster for me. The service with a smile from Sara Sarah was fantastic. Place was full and everything running smooth from what I could tell. Thank you . Really enjoyed dinner. JP

The food was phenomenal!!! Unfortunately the service was not. We sat for soo long before having our food removed, we weren't asked if we wanted another drink. I highly recommend the food though. I will be back and hopefully the service was a one off that day!Food: 5/5

Excellent service quality, tasty food and priced accordingly. All around. Great dining experience. We made reservations and they sat us soon after we arrived. Parking: Easy access parking

The worst. Came on Saturday evening, sat for 1 hour 20 min while people’s who came much later than us got food. Finally our server said our food was “taken” by another table and would be out in 5 min later. Spoiler alert- it never came. We left. They did make sure to charge us for our appy and pop. Our server didn’t care that we sat there for so long with kids. Terrible. Won’t come back again when we visit from Edmonton. Skip this place— go elsewhere

Really great steak. Friends enjoyed their lasagna and chicken cordon bleu. Awesome service! Very tasty and classy with large menu selection. Main course came with beets and there was no option to choose another vegetable, which the server said changes regularly. Would recommend a veg choice with main dishes, other than that a great experience. Highly recommend!

Went there for dinner for 3 people and had a great meal. Food was excellent quality and arrived fairly quickly. Highly recommend this restaurant to any who are in Sylvan lake.Food: 5/5
