Yeh I called to see if they accepted my health insurance and the woman I spoke to ended up hanging up on me because my mom was talking loud and I sighed over the phone out of frustration. Like I guess this idiot really thought I was mad at her cause I sighed and she hung up and I had to call back and be put on hold for 10 mins to talk to someone else for the simple question I was asking. And when I mentioned If they knew the female who might've done that cause she spoke to me only a few mins ago, the woman laughs out loud and says "idk theirs four people out here but don't worry about it !" Like no I'm worried about it cause that's disrespectful and I'm not gonna let someone disrespect me over the phone without finding out who it was. It's not being petty, That's something their boss or whoever needs to discuss with them so it doesn't happen with every person who calls. That's why I asked who it was. They can't be doing that. But yeh Idk how the dental work is cause I never got the chance to become a patient because of the woman's stupidity , but I can definetly say that the customer service over the phone wasn't a good experience and if she didn't hang up on me carelessly , you wouldn't be reading this and maybe you would've been more open to becoming a patient. Good job to that woman lol don't hang up on potential patients and you won't read bad reviews online cause some of us DO take the time to write them when we're mad. And I'm one of them sorry not sorry.

I am a single parent with an autistic daughter who needs sedation dentistry. I made an appointment with them. Unfortunately, we missed the appointment. When I tried to reschedule, I was told if you miss the first appointment, you can NEVER use our facilities again. I think this is a horrible policy. However, I am beginning to think that anything associated with Lifespan functions for corporate interests only and not people. DON'T BOTHER
