Comfort Dental

Our family of five has been going to Comfort Dental for over 20 years. Dr. Sanchez is extremely kind , compassionate, competent and very professional. The serene atmosphere of the office and personable staff make dental visits less stressful. Moreover, the high retention rate of her employees demonstrates the high level of employee satisfaction which invariably influences patient experience. Yes, there is background music which has a calming effect on most patients; the dentist is always very well-dressed (high heels are her preference) and this has nothing to do with her competency. I have and will always recommend Comfort Dental to family, friends and colleagues.

The office waiting area is very lovely. However, when you go in the back clinical area it's a different story. They need to dust & a good cleaning.The receptionist was kind, but she seem to forget I told her I don't speak Spanish. She continued to speak to me keep in Spanish. It was the same for the dentist. She walk in the exam room speaking to me in Spanish. Once again , I had to remind them I don't speak spainsh. This was my first time to the dentist in over 10 years and here I have a dentist singing while doing an oral exam with the music extremely loud & to top it off she had on 6" high heels. I would recommend a more professional dentist. I'm done! I can't deal with the shenanigans in my mouth in their office is fine, but not my mouth!. To top it of I have a tooth that needs to be removed. The dentist told me a specialist needs to remove it and to come back next week. I asked if it was an oral surgeon, she says no he's a general dentist who pulls impacted teeth. Oh, no thanks! I wouldn't recommend this particular comfort dental to any one.

I have great experience, Dr Sanchez &the staff are amazing,they sing &dancing so my nerve and fear goes away. Nice flexible schedule ...

My experience was relaxing an im very uneasy at dentist she is very calming suggest comfort dental for that perfect smile 😊
