The doctors and assistants at this establishment are very nice. Dr. Kaplan and Helen made me feel more confident in my procedure. Everything went well. Dr. Sanchez knows how to run the establishment well. I knew I was in good hands.Comfort Dental also offers other services besides dental treatment.

My daughters first visit here, we had Cheryl for a dental cleaning; she was friendly, informative and made the visit a pleasure. She was also able to schedule us right in with Dr Sanchez to get a few cavities fixed and gave us the necessary recommendations for an orthodontist to get my daughter set up for braces. Excellent visit.

First time at Comfort dental, the Providence location is beautifully decorated and front desk ladies were attentive and friendly. Cheryl took care of my daughter and such a dream for a nervous teen. Through and informative during the whole appointment.

Disappointing Experience with Comfort Dental and Dr. CarmennnI visited Comfort Dental to have a gap in my front teeth bonded—a gap they originally created during my last visit. Instead of addressing this issue, Dr. Carmen focused more on promoting their status as the number one seller of Invisalign, rather than listening to my concerns. They took x-rays, but when it came time to discuss treatment options, I was immediately sent to billing without any meaningful conversation about how to actually fix my gap.nnDue to a credit check issue, I was denied financing, and they didn’t offer me any alternative payment options. There were no suggestions of a payment plan, affordable bonding options, or even a conversation about other ways to solve my problem. I was left feeling like I wasn’t worthy of receiving dental care simply because I didn’t qualify for their financing.nnI did reach out via email to express my concerns in response to their rating request, but they never followed up. It's disappointing that there’s no direct way to contact Dr. Carmen to discuss what happened, leaving me feeling unheard and dismissed.

I recently went to comfort dental for the first time and had Carrie as my hygienist she was phenomenal!!! I never had someone clean my teeth so thoroughly. The office is very clean, office staff are very professional and friendly. Again Carrie has excellent interpersonal skills and does her job from the heart. My teeth never felt as clean as they do now.
