Food is average. Service is good. Cleanliness wise, it’s okay. Price is pretty cheap. You’ll get the value of what you paid for.
Used to love going to Sam's... at one point in time I rated 5 stars ... than 4....now I am at a solid 1.... and that is being generous... I am still on hold with this location and at 35 plus minutes.... .... wasn't even welcomed I was simply told hold for a minute I have a large family... I usually order at least twice a month at $60 each time..... the last time the food was good but service was awful .... and I'm starting to realize service is even worse when I need delivery as I have a sick child at home with me.... I'm just not impressed with the communication...it isnt even really rush hour.. I called at 345... and it's now 415 ... Update I hung up called back and explained I was disappointed and frustrated about being on hold for 40 minutes. Placed my delivery order. Called an hour and 5 minutes later because it wasn't here. I was assured it was on the way , and I said it isn't gonna be cold is it.. if the delivery driver was late. I was assured it would be hot. Doesn't it show up at my door cold . Even the gravy a Luke warm. I will not be returning $75 after delivery fee and tip. I am very annoyed. I was a loyal customer.

Conflicted about what review should I leave. My partner had a burger and loved it. I had the poutine and I have to say it wasn't great. The brown sauce was a kind of jelly. Otherwise the staff was friendly.
Great little restaurant . Aaron was awesome !!!! Although I am back on the west coast . This diner will set the bar high for great service and good food . Thanks for being a great part of my Xmas experience .prices were good also I highly recommend Food: 5/5
