Samosa Crown Sweets & Restaurant

I will never return to this place again! Worst service I have ever seen. Having good samosas will only carry your restaurant so far, last time ordered I called 5 hours ahead of time and still waited 20 mins when I got there. Took my butter chicken out of the buffet and let it sit there for over ten minutes and then tried giving me my order and I had to remind them I still needed rice which was ANOTHER 10 mins. Didn’t offer any discounts or anything for the inconvenience. So needless to say today when my boyfriend (who has had similar experiences) decided that we want samosas tonight and we thought of your establishment we decided to go some where else.

Probably the worst dining experience in my life, sadly to say. We have been here before. The service is never good but today we saw a waitress once, after we had finished our plates from the buffet. She brought warm water for us to drink and that was it. The food in the buffet had been sitting there for hours as it was hard and baked on. We took some sweets to go home as we thought this might make us feel better, but a few of them had mold on them. I told the cashier, who didn’t seem to understand, and she actually offered it to me to eat! I tried to explain again but she just left them in the showcase. It’s a small family owned business and I feel horrible, but it was so deplorable.

Best samosas we've had in the city , can't comment on the other food or the service , always get take out.

The sweets are usually dry. The last time I bought kaju barfi, it smelled of fish. Although the merchandise was taken back and I was refunded but I am not gone give them any more business.

Extermly poor service. Unable to speak, understand and communicate. If you are ready to WASTE your money and time - this is a perfect restaurant. We ordered something else and got something else. 1 million time NO TO THIS Restaurant.
