Please!!! Maybe we need a health inspector to come and see why we lowered our standard with proper hygiene and food handling. All the staff are not wearing any gloves and using bare hands to pick the cheese, lettuce, patty and other stuff. Like are we supposed to do that when preparing a meal? You guys can come and see.. Where do I even start. This McDonald’s has become a joke over the years. I had got their promotion last month. $25 gift card and get free Big Mac. One day I paid for it and waited well over 25 minutes for a coupon. Gurpreet the manager informed me to just come back and they will give me a free sandwich. I came back today and had informed Jasleen the manager. Let me tell you from someone who has worked for customer service for well over a decade and is still in the people business. How she handled the situation was so unprofessional. Denied me my promise, thankfully there was an employee I recognized and she had helped me out by letting Jasleen know what happened. Jasleen looking upset grabbed a bag, took a Big Mac that was already cold and gave me the bag. As soon as she gave me the bag she was giving me dirty looks. I then informed her about my fullnOrder that I’ve been waiting on. I got my orders in different times so the food wasn’t fresh as I wanted. I eat in the restroom so I noticed right away that it wasn’t fresh. I had requested for ketchup prior and Jasleen then made a comment saying “ I should take away the Big Mac for all the ketchup you want. I do not feel comfortable being judged the way I eat my food and what I put in it. I asked for new fries and she looked shocked that I did that. my fries didn’t even burn my finger, no steam no nothing gave me old fries thinking I wouldn’t say anything. I have my whole order back and requested if it can be made fresh and she argued with me about it. While waiting for my order I got myself a drink or orange fruitopoa. She took it of the counter and threw it out. Then pretended that she didn’t do anything wrong. This is so caught on video by your cameras. Also the lobby was dirty, tables had junk on top not wiped or cleaned, garbage is all full and smells. Floors were slippers I almost slippedalso caught on camera I informed Jayleen. About the lobby situation and she didn’t do anything. I feel disgusted eating here. Please fix ketchup so people like myself who enjoy it don’t get judged by the workers. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t understand how dirty this place is.

Always stop here to try their fresh food and sit there for bit and spend some time with my friends. Nice and quiet place quick service. Washrooms need to pay little attention otherwise everything is fine. Sometimes they handed old and soggy fries but they instantly changed if you request nicely . STAFF is friendly. Location is pretty good and they have enough parking space l. Highly recommended. Keep it up everyone . Good wishes

if there's negative 5 star rating that's what I will rate them!nthis afternoon my wife ordered burgers and fries there while me and our grand children were waiting outside in my F150. after she ordered we left and when we're far already perimeter the when I opened the box of big mac there's no bun on top only at the bottom and there's nothing there but Patty. it's so Impossible that they missed putting the buns and onions and cheese etc in there. they intentionally did this. I did not bothered going back to complain not worth my gas. they ruined my day. most of the time when you order in mcdonald especially if it is to go there's always something missing. the staff in mcdonald should always undergo training not once a year it should be once a week training. the foods there are already expensive and they will just serve you the worst service ever. I just don't want to say any profanity words just the worst profanity words that I will say and they deserved it. for sure they intentionally do this all the time. Who knows if they served the foods clean. ????? I hate their service! not worth buying there they are the worst!

Thank God for keeping the face-to-face interaction to order food. Yes, I use the technology option; however, I treated my god children and wanted them to interact with a staff member. Staff was friendly and order was out in a timely manner. Restaurant was clean.
