I recently went in for a same day procedure. The staff were excellent! Very warm and comforting. What you expect from a professional hospital staff.

Very long waiting time for a fever and vomiting with a spider bite. And very long time after getting called back to see a doctor.
Last month I took my 5 year old son to this hospital for servel chest pains and a fever of 101.2 and it took about 45 minutes to be called back and 2 hours for him to be fully checked out.

Abusive! & "lost" stuff & NOT treating issues & misdiagnosis & rude & dirty & unregulated temperatures & Need I go on............ Very UNhappy :(

Just recently I have had to take my mother to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital quite a few times.  I cannot tell you how much their entire staff has improved in the last year.  They are patient, friendly and polite.  Although I have found some of the doctors to be a bit overbearing, it's more often that they are exceptional.  I want to take the time to thank all of the staff for the care that they gave my mother ( and myself) and especially the nursing staff.  I will always appreciate your making time when I called and appreciated your attention that you gave to my mother.

Don't come in here with valid pain. They'll treat you like an addict. The ER Registrar and triage nurse are awesome. Charge nurse and doctor that was there today SUCKS! No sensitivity or compassion whatsoever and glared at me with a smirk. They definitely treated me as though I was an addict. I came in with blood pressure of 154/95 and heart rate of 133bpm. Obviously I was hurting and had valid pain. They could care less and said they'll give me motrin. I walked out and they didn't even care to check my vitals before I left  which were CLEARLY high. First time and last time I'll EVER come here.
