Negative experience with billing. I received a text message from Linn County Anesthesiologists that I had a bill in late March of 2023. At first, I though it was a scam text because I didn't recognize the name. But after the 2nd text, I looked them up and went to my insurance website to confirm it was legit. Turns out, it was. It took them nearly 4 months after my December procedure to submit a claim to my insurance. I never received a bill through the mail or by email prior to the texts one came by mail a couple weeks after the texts. I'm giving them 3 stars because they did allow me to set up a payment plan.

Billing is awful. Paid my bill in full back in July and am still getting bil, notices I have called several times and no one will fix this. Horrible company!

The service of the people who actually work here is good, but unfortunately the outsourcing company they use to do their billing is terrible. I have called in and been told it was paid in full, only to receive a bill the next week for a balance due. Called back to discuss with them, they tell me it was their mistake, will take care of it. Next week i get a letter from a collection agency, call again, they said our bad, pulled it back. Absolutely incompetent.

Does not accept care credit which is pretty ridiculous. To not accept a non interest medical credit card to allow people to pay back surgical bills is unfortunate. Not helpful for a $700 after insurance! anesthesia bill.
