Solid Mediterranean food doused in some good, familiar flavors. Was very happy with the portions of meat got the combo and variety of condiments & sides that all came together for a satisfying meal. Would gladly stop by again on a craving.

I like sams falafel . My go to resturant when I need greek food . Its located in highland Avenue of somerville. Its just next to dumpling kitchen . I usually order a takeout but when am too busy I use one of the delivery apps available so I can get it delivered. The lamb shawarma plate is delicious. The meat is tender with some crispy parts and seasoned perfectly. It comes with a good variety of sides like pickled red onions, cucumber/tomato salad, hummus, pita bread and of course rice. In addition to the tatziki they give you a side of garlic sauce which was delicious. $18 but nearly enough food for two meals.

I ordered the Lamb and Beef shawarma with fries for delivery, and I wasn’t disappointed with the quality or the portion. It’s definitely enough for at least two meals, the fries were thick cut but still pretty crispy, the meat was tender and not overly salty. I had hoped for more pickled veggies but I enjoyed what was there. Definitely worth the price!

Literally the best shawarma! Had to leave and live in another state for a while and missed Sam’s shawarma so much! So happy to be back and enjoying the amazing lamb & beef shawarma plate! One plate is enough for both lunch and dinner for me! It’s about $18/plate worth it and I see a lot of people complaining about an added 4% they didn’t know about. There’s a flyer indicating that clearly at the counter - they just don’t read! Also, after going through this pandemic and seeing how much meaner customers are, no wonder he’s standoffish!! Absolutely love this place!!

The chicken kebab and the falafel plate are great. The chicken is cooked well and is traditionally marinated very tasty yet not overwhelmingly salty so you can actually taste the chicken. The falafel plate is always freshly made. Very tasty. You can taste the freshness of the chickpeas and the tahini is great as well . The Lebanese pickles are also great very tasty. The staff is very polite and great to order from. One of the best kebab plates in town

Ordered the Chicken Shawarma meat sandwich. Tasted good. There was a 4% extra charge for paying by credit card which I only found out after I looked at the receipt. Also, parking near the restaurant is difficult to find.

Ate here today. The food was AMAZING and delicious! The owners are super nice and friendly. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone.
