Sam's Club

Workers don't speak very good English. One worker in the food court wears pants hanging down half his butt with his underwear showing. Not very professional in my opinion. I feel there needs to be some improvement at that store. Use the south anchorage store

Great experience. I am not a member but i went with a girlfriend and i had fun time just looking at the variety of things they sell. I could not believe how many different things u can get at sams club.... The question is what cant you get. I ate lunch(samples too), ordered a newyears eve cake, picked up couple last min xmas/new years gift, socks, & dog treats. I used self check out. My only only complaint. . . . Why dont they have plastic check out bags for those who need it. I hated carrying my items in my pockets and hands and then had to set them on my backseat which i hated.... but other wise it was fun n worth a second visit to determine if i will join or not.

Absolutely incompetent customer service. Justin at the auto shop front desk is the slowest person I’ve ever seen. Lacks understanding that customers are waiting for 20-30 mins for him to be done with one-two clients. Doesn’t recognize the need to call over a colleague to help with customers. Also lacks basic understanding of answering questions pertaining to his field of employment. All I wanted is to schedule a tire swap appointment, easy. Ended up standing here and waiting for him for 30 mind (I timed it). The place wasn’t even that busy! It was me and another gentleman in front of me purchasing tires. Mildly infuriating.

Everyone at this Sam's Club is very helpful, kind and caring. There's a lot of military who work there as a second job and being so close to the base provides a great place for our military members to shop. I love and appreciate all who serve and their families... This Sam's is definitely a family environment... They feel like family and make sure you feel like you are too!

Sam's has wonderful prices and a great selection of items. Gas is $0.18 less than the local stations.
