Alaska Flower Shop

When in Anchorage or having flowers delivered in Anchorage. I always use the Alaska Flower Shop. Great service, great value. Sometimes I feel there prices a little high, but you get what you pay for. I have always gotten quality arrangements. Will continue to use when in town. Thank you for the great customer service and the attention to detail:)

Horrible!!! Don't ever use them She should be closed down. Highway robbery!!! Paid 70 dollars for 12 carnations, one balloon, no vase and just a few bits of greenery,and delivery charge. I'm from New York and we sent flowers to our daughter for her birthday. On a Monday to have them delivered on the 14th Thursday in the morning. Which we were told we would get atleast 24 as all flower shops get their flowers from the same dustributors. This was even taking in to consideration the extra bit cause it is Alaska. This Chinese owner...and I use owner loosely, forgot to do an am delivery...if I didn't call she probably wouldn't have delivered them at all. Then she tried to tell me she got the order just today and the carnations werent in yet and the driver was gone already. I told her don't lie...I was there at my florist in New York on Monday and watch the order go electronically to your store. I would have gotten over 24 carnations from my area for the 45 dollars it was suppose to be for flowers...instead my daughter got 12!!! That's right 12 and then 10 dollars for one balloon. I called her back..the owner....told her she needed to close her business down. Way over priced, poor service and different prices. This is so because I called back with my number blocked to get prices of flowers ect supposively for my mother inlaw....told what I wanted to spent in flowers she then said for 35 dollars I will get 12 carnations , two balloons greenery and babies breath. LIAR...LIAR PANTS ON FIRE. Of course I could also get a plant or a beautiful mixed arrangement or 8 roses with greenery and babies breath and then a ten dollar charge for delivery. Total scam artist. She should be arrested, closed down, and forced to give refunds to everyone who has ever used her shop!!!!! Buyer beware...go some where else.....especially with Alaska being in a recession!!!!!

These guys are absolutely phenomenal I'm in Indiana and ordered for my girl friend at the collage up there and everything from the call to customer service and ability to fit my needs was fantastic! They delivered a beautiful bouquet to my love on time and at a price that worked with me. I would go back and highly recommend to anyone.

Pretty upsetting really. Wanted a simple bouquet as a gift. I pointed out that the small selection that they had was too much, I wanted something simple. When the arrangement was done, I said that I didn't need the vase it came with and they got angry with me. I asked for the simplest bouquet possible and they wanted me to buy an overpriced vase. Unless you liked overpriced bad service, avoid.

They went out of their way to ensure a delivery. I also asked for specific colors and they were able to accomdate.
