Small but lots of stuff and best service I’ve ever had at a Sam’s I saw the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. I told her so, and she was soooo flattered. I guess she doesn’t realize every red-blooded man who sees her has the same thought.
Wish I could have experienced the Sam’s Club Cafe, but it decided to close two hours earlier than its posted hours.
What is there not to love about Sam's Club? They are much cheaper than the competition on most items and this store is clean and well run. Also top off your car with gas with the cheapest gas prices in town before you leave.
Great place to shop for Big Items and save some money. As prices go down go you can get more for money @ Sam's.. Just the best store for saving
Very rude workers... demanding I get out of cooler room so they could stock. I was on other side and stocker was behind me so I was going around the center. After several comments from her, I just told her to give me a minute. She then started laughing at me. I felt like leaving the cart and walking out of the entire store; I don't need the harassment. Update: Wellllll, no improvement...demanding my card while I'm doing their job by putting my groceries on belt to check out. AGAIN... HOLD YOUR HORSES. I'LL GET IT DONE. GIVE ME TIME. Then I get.. "get the app so , as customer, you can do more of their job".
I was ready to check out on my phone scan and go . But I saw scan price is different as I saw in the store.so I was make line in customer service want make sure which price supposed right.it’s was busy on customer service I waited about 20 minutes and tell club stuff what happened? She said “you can go to register they can do price match for you …save your walk directly go another side…”I went to register make line again than . After another 20 minutes finally got my turn I told the lady in register she said she can’t do anything let me go to customer service side , I told her that I just came from there, but she just keep say she can’t do anything. Finally I go back customer service wait about another 15 minutes, the new come girl was help me finally. She was nice she said register can do same thing like them . I was fell upset I spent around 1 hour to keep make line in this side and make line in another side and turn over again again . I hope club can do stuff basics training. At least let they know what they job what they need to do .
Like sams club cheaper then Walmart on things and you get twice as much . Also customer service is way better then most stores.
I love this place. If you want to buy in bulk and get a discount for it Sam's is the perfect place for you.
Staff is friendly and I love the scan n go feature on the app.
3 times I was mislead or lied to. Ordered the wrong size tires first. Then promised over the phone they would be the same price when the correct ones were in along with two $80 discounts totaling $160 off plus free install. Tires were $200 more than told over the phone. Was told because I wasn't given a paper quote they wouldn't honor their word. Then when paying for the tires I had to reschedule due to a work place accident of an employee at Sam's and only received one of the two promised discounts. Either lazy or incompetent, neither are good excuses.
