Salvage BBQ

Great food. The brisket on point. Mac and cheese was freaking delicious. Corn bread is crack. Prices have gone up from from menu pics posted by others. Service was a bit slow for my taste. I had to hit the road again and was waiting literally 10 minutes for the check. Will be back when in town.

Great BBQ, we got a ton of food and it was all all delicious. Best BBQ I've had in a while for sure. Good beer selection, and friendly bartenders. I highly recommend going here!

Great place to eat before a Sea Dogs game for the best BBQ in Portland. Only problem car rear window didn't survive a foul ball!

Wow! This place is nice on the inside. I ordered the chopped pork sandwich with chilli on the side. The food was amazing! They use homemade kaiser rolls on the pork sandwich which are delicious alone. The flavor is excellent, and their chilli was realllly good.

Recently moved here from Virginia. 20 years in DFW TX before that. Had just gotten to Portland & had a craving for BBQ and popped in with my wife after work. Wow. Brisket was really a great surprise & ribs were solid. Look forward to going back.
