Salt Fork Kitchen is a made-from-scratch, locally sourced restaurant providing exceptional in-season food. We believe in quality first at a fair price.
SFK believes in the community that is built around the production, preparation, and sharing of quality, healthy food. The energy spent cultivating good land by farmers with a responsible stewardship will result in a healthier and more sustainable soil, rich in nutrients and full of life. This energy is transferred to the food grown on that land. The chef relays a respect for this food in his care to procure and then prepare these nutrient-rich and exceptional tasting ingredients into his dishes. The gathering of people around the table to enjoy and sustain themselves with the food brings us all together.
It is our objective to offer these meals prepared for and served to you with ingredients grown as close-by as possible to your plate, in order to ensure freshness and quality. We support local farmers, craftsman, artisans, and workers of all sorts. We would like to feed your families and connect ourselves to a fabric in the Solon community.
