His driving force - an incredible urge to surpass himself. By nature, Robert is a perfectionist. He believes his rapid rise to the top is attributed to his superb client services, his ability to manage a highly skilled and motivated staff and yes! his award-winning styling skills.

As the 1997 winner of Sifa International Hair Stylist of the year, Robert has made many guest appearances on various TV shows and programs. He is also an International education platform artist for Brosis Agency Inc. - a whole sale beauty supplier to the Canadian Industry.

Robert is relentless in his quest of being the best he can be. With only a relatively short time in the hair industry, he has become a true icon and an example to other ambitious, budding, celebrity hairstylists. Robert and his salon have been featured in several renowned magazines such as Essence, Shop Talk, "Hair" The News and The Real Scene.

Currently, Allicock is a freelance beauty journalist and serves as an advisory member for Panache magazine. He is also a freelance beauty journalist for Montreal Community Contact. Earning the credentials as a master hairstylist by servicing many entertainers, business professionals and the community at large, Robert has hosted many Radio Programs dealing with the subject of hair care

As an Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the national Canadian Super Curly Society of Cosmetologists (CSCSC) and the president for its Montreal Chapter, Robert plays an important role in standardizing and reshaping the entire hair industry.

A strong advocate of higher education, Allicock has attained the highest level in his profession. He recently earned the I.S.C.H.E. (International Super Curly Hair Educator) designation after successfully completing the educator's course of study. This certification program was formulated by G & G Publication Inc. and overseered by CSCSC. As a graduate of Inter-Dec College in Montreal and Dudley's Cosmetology University in Kernsville, NC., Robert feels that he is now ready to give back to the industry. As a result of his highly motivated personality and his outstanding achievements, he was contracted by G & G Publications Inc. as one of their Resident educators for CSCSC Resource Centre.
