Philippe Robert was excellent in helping me organize my moms celebration of life. Excellent service and compassion shown by all that I interacted with. Planning a funeral for a loved one is very difficult as it is right at the moment when your emotions are high. He never pushed anything on me and made this process as painless as possible. Sabine I met with later to go over final papers that needed sorted and she as well was very knowledgeable and treated me with he outmost compassion. I would highly recommend anyone to feel good about Choosing m Sullivan to do the arrangements for your loved ones. I would like to thank the staff and Philippe Robert, Funeral Director for the excellent service provided. Philippe ensured, even during these difficult time that everything went well. The original Urn chosen was not available due to current demands; he saw my deep disappointment and went out of is way to seek an identical one. He found it, drove out of town to get it and made sure he had the Urn before calling me with the news. Tears of flowed and yes Philippe, Mom was looking out for me. This is never an easy process but the attention to detail and a beautiful services goes a long way in the healing process. Merci beacuoup!
Unfortunately this is the third family member that I have been personally responsible for as it pertains to the final arrangements. Although years apart from each other, the dignity, respect and compassion from the staff has always been amazing. In your time of sorrow, these are the people to help you out. Professional and compassionate they will go the extra mile to help you through the process.

Our mother passed away on July 1, 2021. We knew that trusting M John Sullivan with their incredible staff would be a wise decision. We were not disappointed at all. As a pastor with 36 years of experience, I know what is expected. They deserve our five stars. They approached us as friends and family. They are not running as a business, they are continuing to expand as a service to our community and area. They are not satisfied unless every detail is taken care of properly and on time. Churches and families have very different needs. I’m sure it’s very difficult to satisfy everyone. I can truly say I am a very detailed person and so I know when my congregation is served with excellence. Trust them and you won’t be disappointed.
