This Canadian beauty is a bit off the highway but very well worth the detour from your trans Canadian drive through the national Park. I'm told in the summer the water is full all the way closer to the main area but even now it's a lot beautiful fall with green grass and flowers. Take a walk through the wood bridge towards the jettison and also the park close to the parking area. Bring friends and family or a date. Enjoy the flowers and a sandwich.
The first curved wharf I've seen and it's quite dramatic to see how much the water levels change from year to year.
We went early morning while it was raining a bit. We were the only two people and with the grey skies, the views were great. Peaceful and serene. Worth a stop
It is a really beautiful place to go. The water is really low this year. The picture with all the green, that is usually under water, and the boat dock is empty this year because it is just to shallow. It's the first time l have seen the water this low.
Good place to sit down and enjoy the view. Very peaceful place and looks awesome for fishing i don't fish but i see lots of people fishing in the wharf. Water events available in the area such as boating.
