AMAZING physician! I always feel heard and, more importantly, cared about. He is always in a fantastic happy mood, and you are immediately put at ease as he greets you in his office. He is thorough and prompt when it comes to ones health & wellness. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Sawatzky-Martens & the whole staff at the office. They, too, are incredible!! If I could give 10 stars, this physician & his team would definitely receive it!
I had to go to Salmon Arm Medical Clinic with my little who got very sick while we were having vacations in the town. I am infinitely grateful to the amazing receptionist it's a shame I don't remember the name for accommodating us, and to Dr. Weicker for being very attentive and efficient during our visit. Very nice and professional people, and my kiddo liked it there. I also have had a very pleasant experience at the pharmacy in the same building.
Front of house staff have always been kind and attentive! Dr. Sawatzky-Martens has been wonderful to work with and we have really appreciated his help and knowledge. Excellent doctor!
I have been going to this walk-in clinic for years and not once have I had such a terrible experience as I had today. I do want to start off by giving my appreciation to all of the lovely ladies at the front and all the other Doctors that i've seen in the past. However, Dr. Welder was very unprofessional and condescending. I had some concerns, he brushed them off and took no time to explain reasoning. I would strongly recommend not seeing this doctor if you can help it.
Receptionists were great! Doctor had poor bedside manner. Talked condescending to me and barely looked at my child. Very disappointed and absolutely not going to bring my child there again! Dr. Welder by the way!
