Staff is always willing to help. They have a discount card that costs $5 for the year but you get a $5 coupon on your receipt to use the next time you shop! This is worth getting as they usually have great deals on salon quality products. Makes DIY easy by stopping here. I have lifted my hair and put semi permanent products in that I have purchased here. Asked employees questions if I had any. They seem to either be hairdressers or just be very knowledgeable in general about EVERYTHING in the store. Great customer service.

Great range of products, but the staff could use some more knowledge on the products. But they are extremely friendly!

The management is horrible, they make me feel uncomfortable soon as I walk in, they will stalk and follow me around the store, I find it unfair how people that spend over 50$ or so get "free items" when I have spend 100$ nd never received anything. I've been a member for years but stress going to this particular store, I'd rather wait to go to Prince Albert. The blonde older manager once refused me to look at extensions, because if I wasn't gonna purchase them, then why would I want to look at them. She never even asked me ! She yells at people, I caught her yelling at a customer, in front of her children over the debit machine being out and the women should of read the door. They are just mean and I can sense they are prejudice​.

This is my go to beauty supply store. Lots of name brand items there as well. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff is incredibly helpful! I try to do a lot with my hair but don't really know what I'm doing. The staff give me lots of styling tips and recommend products. Some products didn't quite meet my needs so I went back and told them the problems and they recommended other products that solved each problem I described. I mostly go for hair dyes, shampoo/conditioner, and protectant sprays. I haven't tried returning any product yet, but they seem quite reasonable to deal with. They know their products and are very lovely people!
