Regal Nails Salon & Spa

The service was not great. They did not speak or try to understand what I was saying in English. I kept asking them for what I wanted and even showed them a picture, and they still did not give me what I asked for. I tried to explain it to them, and show them the colors using the nail polish they had there, and still they just discarded my requests. They left my nails with a color I did not want, and bumpy nails. They top is not smooth but with all sorts of bumps. Please do not go here, I have previously had my nails done at another nail salon and they have never treated me with this much disrespect for what I was simply asking for. I paid over $70 and did not receive what I wanted, please do not waist your money on crappy bumping nails.

Starting off with my friend and jwanting to get matching nails. I showed them what we wanted, asking for glitter, which they told me on the phone they had but didn't have in person. My friend and I sat there for over an hour, with nothing but talk in another language and them not understanding what we were asking for. They did the wrong shape, the wrong colors and a very poor final product. After charging $70 for each of us, we received not only poor service of employees who don't understand English; but lazy and terible quality nails. You are now down 2 very unhappy customers.

"Beauty is pain" is all the guy said to me when I said it hurt and was to hot. Horrible service.

I came into this salon with high hopes and excitement. I left utterly disappointing, humiliated and felt disrespected. I paid almost 70 dollars and cannot justify dishing out that amount when i didn't get either good service or a good finished product. Lets talk about the service, the guy that did my nails was absolutely unprofessional . instead of telling me to put my hands into the curing light he would hit my hands and expect e to put my hands in. HE BARELY COMMUNICATED OR SPOKE WITH ME!! at one point I put my hands into the light and my nails starting burning so i pulled them out and started wincing, at that point he said i left them in there for to o long!! HE DIDN'T TELL ME PRIOR THAT I HAD TO LEAVE THEM IN THERE FOR 5 SECONDS ONLY. what type of professionalism is this. i showed him picture of what i wanted he looked at it once and told me he could do it. when he started putting the colors on i was kind of surprised that the color was not what i wanted, but i assured myself that he knew what he was doing and to just trust him. Then another worker came and was just standing beside him and they were laughing and speaking-in another language which i didn't mind, but i knew it was about me when they were both dead silent and he hit my hands again and they looked at each other both just burst out laughing so loud. this is not what i paid for!!!! please save your money and take it somewhere where they will give you he respect and service you deserve!!now i have nails that i am not pleased with 3 days prior to my graduation, its not like i can cough up another 70 and get them done again. I went back the next day, hoping that they could at least fix the shape or do something for me and still nothing was done, they said that he treats all of his customers as such. and that i misinterpreted all of these events that happened to me. i told them that my 12 year old sister who was with me, stepped out of the salon and the first thing she said was why did he keep hitting your hands and why were they laughing. they did absolutely nothing to help me feel pleased with my nails and address the guy who actually did them. he was hiding in a corner and avoided looking at me. I am still shocked with this horrendous service, since this was my first time ever getting my nails done i didn't want to cause a scene or say anything but i wish i could go back and actually call him out on all the bs while he was doing my nails. in y 17 years of getting my hair done, or getting a manicure, etc. i have never come across anything like this. I did not ask for a refund and i doubt they would have given that to me, i just don't want what happened to me happen to anyone else!
