Saks OFF 5TH

Someone can take your merchandise credit card number and transfer all the funds into their own card and Saks will basicly tell you that they dont care and will tell you to be okay with losing thousand bucks and will call you a liar on top of that. They have all the records but they will tell you to suck it up. Should change your name to Sucks Filth avenue. Shame on you.

Worst customer service ever, same shoes with different tag prices and they are not offer the lower price and charge the high price, and said customer put the tag on, dis honest business. Will never visit these stores anymore, all buyers be careful

BAD SERVICE. SCAM. GOT CONNED INTO APPLYING FOR A CARD but the lady forgot to put the receipt in the booklet. I thought she put everything. it turns out all she put inside was my temporary credit card. I would not even put a star but it won't allow me to post.

High end clothing, shoes, and accessories at discount prices. Store personnel are not overly helpful unless you directly ask for help. Good selection of men's shoes that are not often found elsewhere.

Not a good selection of shoes. Purses were limited and older styles.
