“Here at Sake Maki, food is art. Every roll, tempera, and dish is made accordingly.”

You cannot find any special rolls that are like the one we have, not to mention the price. It’s food worth paying for. With unbelievable combinations like bacon, avocado, cream cheese topped with smoke salmon. Nowhere else in Vancouver could you find a sushi roll with bacon in it! It may sound peculiar, but the Spicy Girl roll is worth trying.

You would never believe that Sake Maki’s most scrumptious chef roll would be the Princess roll. It contains spicy salmon topped with wakame and yet it’s the perfect combo that makes the perfect tasting sushi roll.

The Ebi and Scallop skewer is to die for. Like most foods here, this skewer is made to perfection. The sauce is handmade, and the combination leaves you craving for more.

Are you a vegetarian? Well, we have food for you too! The Kimono roll is made with asparagus and pumpkin topped with DEEP FRIED BANANAS! Sake Maki is known to have the best deep fried bananas on the drive!

Our most prized dish: The Miso Black Cod. This dish cannot be created identically anywhere else in Vancouver. With just the right amount of everything it is Sake Maki’s special recipe.
