I was a patient for the youth crisis center and it was the worst experience of my life. The nurses do not treat the patients with respect, the actual doctor only sees the patients for 3 minutes and then leaves for the rest of the day. In the crisis center you can't talk to anyone about your problems and you feel completely alone. The entire staff were not even certified nurses! The entire staff were abusive and apathetic to us. It had been a year since I spent a week there and I still have nightmares about being there.

I had Lap Nissen surgery, which was very successful and the care was excellent. One of our children was born there, which was a very pleasant experience. A family members life was spared, when emergency surgery was performed to save their life. And so on.... Many times in the past 22 years, I have witnessed how fortunate people are in the Wabasha area to have this medical facility available. Thank you to the current and past staff members. Your service is appreciated.

The only good thing at this hospital is the Mayo Clinic, the Emergency Department is a joke and the nurses are mean and the PA knows about as much as I do about Medicine. Which is little. I wouldnt recommend this ER to anyone travel to The closest city if you can.
