Amanda Draper is the best health care provider I have ever had. She is caring, intelligent, and most helpful. I would recommend her to anyone. Her nursing assistants are also wonderful. But, the front desk receptionist is not wonderful. I came in for some blood work and a urinalysis on Monday, November 7, 2022. I was there at 8am when the office opened. There was one other patient ahead of me. I did not have an appointment and when I completed all of my paperwork, the receptionist said, "You're all checked in. Someone will be with you shortly." I waited and waited. At least three other patients came in one had an appointment, the others did not and were escorted back into the treatment rooms. I returned twice to the receptionist who promised me that someone would be with me shortly. After sitting in the waiting room for over 50 minutes, a lab technician came in and escorted me to the treatment room. After my procedure was completed which took only a few minutes, I saw the receptionist in the hallway and asked her why it took saw long for me to be seen when all of the other patients who came in to the clinic after me were escorted right away. She told me that there was only one lab technician working that morning and she did not come in until 9am; that the other patients did not require lab work. She could have told me this at 8am, at which time I could have come back at 9am or re-scheduled, instead of having me sit in the waiting room for almost an hour with no explanation. This was not an example of good customer service.
I've lived in the Chicago and Seattle suburbs, so I was prepared for an hours' long wait at urgent care. I'm sure it's not always empty, but it's great to walk in, provide your info, be immediately seen, and have my script ready at Albertson's across the parking lot. It was less than 20 minutes total. They were efficient, asked pertinent questions, and I didn't fill out clipboards of paperwork. Also, the pharmacy had my insurance info transferred from the clinic. They didn't need to ask for my card. Wow!
Worst urgent care ever ! I was there at 10am with my daughter and I had to wait outside in my car for over 45 min waiting for assistance and also they said I need to wait another hour after. My daughter ended up having appendicitis. I went to another Emergency room and I finally I got assistance at 230pm . 5 hours later
I love Dr. Clyde! I took my son in here and they were amazing with him. They put my son at ease and considering he gets anxious at any doctor’s office, I was impressed. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dr. Clyde and your nurse.
This urgent care was absolutely wonderful!!!! The staff was very kind and compassionate during my visit. The provider was very attentive to my needs and took the time to explain my condition and several treatment options. If I am ever in need of urgent care services in the future I will definitely be going here!
Our family 4 daughters, wife and myself happily called this office and doctor our family practitioner upon their opening this branch close to our neighborhood. Initially the connection we made with the doctor was great. Over the last couple of years our confidence has waned. We have experienced 2 separate occasions, both with multiple issues regarding an overwhelming lack of compassion towards children.
This is the worst “doc in the box” I’ve been to, by far. The staff is unprofessional and they have zero compassion or respect for other people’s time. My first experience with them was fine. The second was awful and the third - well, that was enough for a bad review. There is no consistency with this place. They want you to go to the hospital for diagnostics but refuse to write an order for it. They did 7th grade immunizations for my middle son; however, without a referral from a PCP, they refuse to do them for my youngest. They left my girlfriend in a room for an hour and a half and when they finally realized it, they thought it was funny. What happened to people caring for people? Definitely nonexistent at this place. Close to home? Yes. Convenient? Eh. Friendly and professional? Absolutely not. I’ll drive across town in traffic before I step foot in that place again.
My husband's doctor is great. He is a double transplant patient and she takes very good care of him, thoroughly reviews all his medications and sincerely cares about him. The staff are very helpful and friendly!
Dr Clyde is great and very kind Dr. His assistant however, is a hateful b****. If you do not have the same ideology as her, she will attack you viciously. We will NEVER return there because of her.
I've always loved St. Als and have never had an issue, however, this location needs to get their stuff together. I've never been in and out in under 2 hours, with or without an appointment. I once waited in the lobby for nearly 3 hours... then another 45 mins or so in the doctor's office. The one time I tried to make an appointment they were booked 2 weeks out, which I patiently waited for, and then when I took off work early and checked in, they didn't have any record of me even making an appointment. Had to reschedule and take more time off and then was told by the doctor that they couldn't do much for me and would have to give me a referral. I have yet to even hear from the referral. Once I was put on antibiotics for a bladder infection which I find out 2 days later I didn't even have. A nurse called and said the test came back negative. So apparently I was taking it for nothing. Not sure why they couldn't do the test right then and there, or why the doctor would even prescribe antibiotics without being 100% sure, but it's all about getting you in and out. If you go here, plan on waiting around for 96% of the time and then actually getting to see a professional for maybe 4% of the time who will do anything just to get you out of there.
