Bought a bike today from DD and could not be happier. Dealing with Austin Wingo was a pleasure. He’s super patient and was real with me throughout the choosing and buying process being real with me and being patient. I appreciate that. Big showroom with something for most budgets and tastes. It’s hard right now with supply chain issues and gas prices, bikes seem to sell faster than they can ship. Austin was cool about it. Definitely recommend him as a sales guy and especially if you’re in the market for a Yamaha.

I drove from N/E Illinois to trade in my toy hauler sight unseen to DDRV and pick up my new to me Outdoors RV. My salesman Darin was superb at his job, and all went perfectly well. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others.

Absolutely incredible experience at Dennis Dillon buying our new travel trailer. And if I could, I’d never buy another from anyone but Scott Braun. He was such a pleasure to deal with- funny, knowledgeable, and not pushy in the slightest. He took great care of us and sent us home very happy campers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Scott!

Sunday, October 17, 2021 6:11 AM  This is my third major purchase from Dennis Dillon motor sports. I purchased a Can-Am commander. I purchased it seven years ago and wasn't overly impressed with the knowledge of the salesman and the added costs they tried to pass on to me and the back and forth sales deal from the manager to the salesman drives me crazy I wish they wouldn't play this game. Last year I bought a brand new camper from Dennis Dillon that salesman JR was better but there was a lot of hard sales on extras that they were sure I couldn't do without and after I get my camper home I found several issues that I had to fix myself because it was too difficult to get it into the repair department because they said they were so busy one of the items was a battery switch that they failed to put on that I had purchased. I called back several times about it asking for a refund ,they never did return my call. Still haven't learned my lesson though went back this year and purchased a 2022 Can-Am Ryker Rally. Went through the sales game of the salesman running back and forth to the manager trying to get the best price possible again this game drives me crazy. There was already charges listed like security for $299 that the salesman had no idea what the heck it was. They did remove that from the price of the ryker with that and a few other items I got them to lower the price $700 so far I'm happy with the ryker haven't found any issues with it but I've only had it for a couple of weeks. If you're going to buy a can-am make sure that you go to the can am web page and research the dealers they all have a ranking, Dennis Dillon only has a gold ranking where the birds of prey motor sports in Caldwell has a platinum rating I think if I purchase another can-am I will call the birds of prey first and see what they have to offer.

Keith, our sales person was excellent! Quick response time and good communication. Entire staff is organized and its a huge clean store. If I have a question in the future, I know they there to help. Never felt rushed during the buying process. Very important! Im in sales myself and I treat people with no hassle or pressure thats how Dennis Dillion staff operates. Got a good deal on a new travel trailer.  Both sides were happy. I would recommend and buy again.

My husband and I came in on Saturday morning to look at their Class A and C motorhomes. We were referred to Dennis Dillon by dear friends of ours.  When we arrived, we parked in the handicap spot. I helped my husband get into his wheelchair and up the ramp, but we were not able to even get to the door, as they had the door blocked off with a big camper!  I looked at the other side and it was the same story! How do you expect people to come shop at your big dealership if they cant even get to the door?  There was nobody outside to help, so we just left!  It was easier to just leave and go to Camping World to purchase our RV

Most of the experience was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The trailer was great and I felt like it was a fair price. The team was super good at communicating and moving me through the system. I drove down from Montana to purchase the Rpod trailer and they got me in and out same day. Sales guy was great, Finance guy was great, Service guy was pretty good, the Parts guy was a bit abrasive in his delivery of the extra $700 of stuff I had to buy that I wasn't expecting. The Parts & Service guy charged me $79 to install a 2" ball on a new receiver. They couldn't use my existing ball and receiver because they couldn't get it removed. So they had me buy a new one. Not really their fault that mine was old but with labor and parts it was about $150 purchase to get a new ball and receiver. That felt icky and unfriendly but other than that it was a great experience and they have their act together on delivering a unit!

I just purchased a 2022 R7 from DDRV. I had an amazing experience. Austin helped me out and he made the whole process of purchasing a bike seamless. Great to see some of the Snake River Yamaha guys there! Couldn’t recommend a better spot to go for anything outdoors. Thanks again guys!

Overall I had a great experience working with them to get my new bike. Aaron was a great salesman. Chill and not pushy. Same with the rest of the staff I met.  The financing took forever but that’s how it goes. I still got to ride away on the bike I walked in wanting to get. I’d recommend them for sure.

Dan and Kenny are great to work with. I don't just hand out five stars. They were extremely professional and proficient in every step of having my RV repaired. If you had or are having any doubts about who to take your camper to, I hope this resolves any questions. They have an outstanding team. Keep up the great work.
