Safeway Pharmacy

They frequently do not fill the their promised prescription by the specified time THEY give and you often have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour for prescriptions to be filled because they "missed the order on the computer." I've been getting my grandfather's prescriptions here for 2 years now, but I've had enough. He regularly is unable to get his medication in time because of this pharmacy's problems that clearly are never going to get fixed because not much has changed over the past 2 years.

Most of our prescriptions are filled within 45mins for 1 to just a couple hours if filling all 4 of my kids. Thats a wonderful time frame to began cureing whatever the problem is..

Im really not sure why I dislike this store. Good Meat case. Ok produce. Must be Long checkout lines. The store is crowded. Self checkout machines never seem to work correctly. The air con is hit and miss. Front doors often dont work. Ive been shopping there 3 yrs. almost everyday. No one knows me. Started shopping at Walmart across the street.

Literally every time I go here it's a horrible experience. They are understaffed and just so f***ing slow! I was standing in line to get my prescription and the pharmacist walked out to lunch about 10 seconds before the helper/receptionist guy said we can't grab it because the pharmacist us eating lunch. I had to wait a half hour for her to come back because they couldn't grab her as she walked out! So ridiculous. I'm done, I'll drive or pay more to get better service. Don't go here if you can help it.

I had to change my prescriptions to Walgreen's because this Safeway store smells like rotten meat; they need to bleach their meat department and all the cases. Two other women were talking about it the day I noticed it.
