Rite Aid

They filed a prescription incorrectly, gave the wrong meds, close to the correct one but off by a subtype. We called them on it luckily before we left the store. So it wouldn't of been a fatal mistake, but it speaks volumes as to how many people might be getting incorrect meds. Also their prices are astronomical. We end up going to Costco for most of our meds, they're a fraction of the price for most meds, and they don't require a membership for using their pharmacy, athough having one helps discount the meds even further. Also tried getting a flu shot for my son and they couldn't verify his ins even though it was legit, wasted our time. There are a few staff here that are nice but most are moody to say the least. We've been treated down right rude, by management non the less!

This pharmacy is amazingly awful. Sheilain the pharmacy is a racist and discriminates against people with OHP. it was humiliating how she treated me just picking up my medication. It is astounding that in 2017 people are still treated like slaves before slavery was abolished. She needs to be in the south with confederate flag lynching people who look like me. I hope the management does some serious customer service training or just put up a sign that says no colors allowed.

Retail staff is great, Rick is always willing to help and great with customer service. However, since the loss of the pharmacist's that had been there for many years,and all the new staff(except for Kayla), this pharmacy is the worst I've experienced. I have had male pharmacy staff yelling at me from 15' away, and observed pharmacist who are socially inept, with no customer service skills whatsoever, who should be working on shifts at a hosp away from people. I pity the customer who knows little about medications, because you will not get the counseling needed to be safe when starting new rxs. Good luck, if you are trying to get antibiotics or pain medication, be prepared to pick it up the next day, in these instances I've been told to come back in "2 hours, later that day or tomorrow." Each time I have gone to Walgreens, filled the RX and been home within the hour.Kayla is the only staff person with any customer service skills!

Awful pharmacy. Delayed filling my prescription until the afternoon of the Saturday before the 4th of July. After calling several times to get my prescription, I went in and they told me it would be ready later that day. They then called me hours later saying my brand new prescription was expired. Went to Fred Meyer's pharmacy to get the RX. 2 weeks later I got a notification saying they filled my prescription. So stupid.
