Rite Aid

The Milwaukie and Sunnyside Rite-Aid stores are both large floor space designs, and an awful lot of it goes unused. It’s difficult to imagine how they afford the space rent. But it is ironic that along with that huge floor exists tons of empty shelf space. They would seem to have a stocking problem because all those empty shelves have product shelf/price ID tags. It’s a head scratcher. Often we find a shelf tag/spot for something we are looking for, but there’s no product. In fact it occurs at least half the time, and is very frustrating. It’s befuddling to see aisle after aisle of display shelving missing 25-30% of their tagged products.nnOtherwise we like Rite-Aid, it’s prices, and pharmacists and pharmacy section. I’ve commonly been surprised to find a particular beer or a wine at a better price than at area grocery stores.

I wish I can remember the name of the white female technician person that I was dealing with, next time I will look at her name tag. She was extremely rude and very unhelpful, and it wasn’t my first experience with her either. I thought maybe she just had a bad day but apparently she is just a rude person. Besides her the rest of the staff and the pharmacist himself are very nice.

Been going here for years. Loved the kind staff. But today one pharm tech was not just rude - but incredibly unkind. I'm just picking up prescriptions and gave her my name and birth. I don't understand how she can be upset with me. She was rude to her coworkers too so maybe that's just how she is.nnEither way, won't tolerate unwarranted anger and mannerisms.nShe needs to be nicer to her own team. Recommend the Walgreen across the street.

The pharmacy is a nightmare avoid if possible, literally go anywhere else. I simply called to check on a prescription and the woman that answered at the pharmacy was so rude to me. I don’t even want to go there to pick it up.

Friendly store with a neighborhood feel. I always find what I need and there's usually some fun stuff to look through and their plants are really nice and at great prices. Fun, clean store.
