I have had zero problems with this company since obtaining a storage unit with them. Friendly staff, also very helpful. Good hours. Key pass is very convenient for entry. Very decently priced and you usually get a discount if you pay for a few months upfront I believe 6 months - 1 year, I'd would just call them to confirm their promotions, I also think it's listed on their website Highly recommend!
I had a great experience renting a unit with Lana! Clean, safe, easy to access and most importantly, affordable!
Good pricing. Friendly staff Units are dirty though. We have an inch of dust on all our belongings because the doors do not have dust protection. Management didn't seem to care. Instead of a discount they decided to put a wood block under the door which made it worse.
I’ve been trying to contact someone for DAYS to ask about a problem with my unit. No one answers. No calls back after leaving a name and number multiple times.

Wow, all the new improvements are fantastic. New pavement and eavestroughing will really help with the darn Alberta winter issues. Thank you for getting the gate working properly too!! I will continue to store my items here!
Definitely moving my belongings out, my storage unit was also broken into like another review on here and the things taken had to be transported by vehicle because I had 100lb dumbbells in there and pretty hard to toss up a fence. Owners have no compassion and zero security.
Have used this facility on and off for over 20 yrs. have never had an issue with staff or units. I highly recommend Airdrie's Safeway Mini Storage to any and all. Good spaces and great rates.
Some of our valuable stuff were stolen. Was broken in and the staff did not even do anything, they phoned us 3 days after the incident. Not a "safeway" to store your belonging as it is prone to flood and theft.
