We received excellent service on the 1st of May from both your locations in alberta We had just drove all the way from Ontario and needed somewhere to park out trailer. We went to 5 different places in the city and no one could help us. We then came across east side storage and sadly got there 10 minutes after they closed. Desperate, we rang the bell and a young gentleman came out to help us. He tried his hardest to get us a spot at the location we were at but unfortunately the other gentleman had already cashed out! However, he still didn't give up on us and offered to call the other location and if theu were closed he even offered us his own parking spot for the night!! Luckily enough Barb kept thr other location open for us! Were we ever relieved! Then she went above and beyond her call of duty for us, even got jn the car and helped us back it up since nkne of us could seem to do it. When she ran into backup difficulties we all just picked up tje trailer and moved it! It was quite humourous! It was definitely a refreshing experience and gave us a great first impression of airdrie!! We thank you so much Barb and everyone at this location! We will definitely be telling all of our friends how amazing you guys have been and how well we were treated!! well prices facility easy access no mandatory insurance month 2 month term all in all it was a good deal and we will use them again

I'm not sure if a lot of these 5 star reviews are coming from family and friends or not but I had a lot of problems with this storage company. -Firstly the lot itself is gravel and dirt with no wind protection and I found the storage locker doors to have fairly large gaps against the walls and ground allowing a ton of dirt to come in and ruin a lot of my electronics and fabric based furniture. Not to mention all the bugs that have gotten in; spiders, moths...etc. -Secondly the owners leave everyday sometime between 1-2pm for coffee with no sign to go on the gate or anything. The office is big enough to have a coffee brewer in it so I would suggest getting one. -Thirdly even if they are on site that doesn't always mean they leave the site gate open sometimes closing it behind them forcing you to have to call and have them open it. -Fourthly lets go back to the gravel lot and how many pot holes it has, while moving things or just walking around my vehicle I have nearly sprained my ankle several times. They don't fill any of these holes and some of them are so deep it's a must to avoid them for the sake of your vehicle. I could go on about the troubles I've been through with this storage company. My suggestions to the owners would be; Get a kureg or tasimo (they aren't that expensive split it among the workers if they want one), pave your lot (it will make the lot nicer, less dirt in your units, and filling those pot holes won't be as bad anymore), get a new gate system or some "Be back in X-minutes" signs and just overall try to be a little more flexible with your customers if you want to keep your company afloat.

Absolutely horrible I have zero good to say about these people. This company needs to be boycotted 100%. So rude called me with nothing but an angry voice I understood nothing he said and then he called me at work yelling at me on my lunch break. I never raised my voice and only asked to be spoke to like a human and they returned with false accusations that I threaten his wife.... This place is a dump and have zero customer service skills. When I signed up I said I need payments for the end of month and they said yes now they are saying no but I didn't review my contract before signing that's my fault... but I asked for help to figure out a way to get it so I can do this he began to yell at me so I hung up on him because everyone in my place of employment could hear him yelling over the phone. He called back seconds later just as angry, I fear that when I go get my stuff I will need police for protection as he was that angry with me... Horrible place don't put your belonging in this facility. I wouldn't trust them with grain of wheat. Will not be referring anyone here from my contacts.

super duper service.... they were the best priced storage in the city recommended us how to pack n store even upgraded us to a larger unit when I couldn't fit my items in a smaller locker a1 service full marks for the way they do business
