To the Main Manager of Safeway The Mall -Leduc/AB Dear Mm/Sir In the date of Dec 26-th 2017, I had to visit your store, to buy some flowers. I`ve waited enough minutes to become bored until I get some help to be able to get what I wanted. If there, at that Department nobody worked, should be posted a note or something, right? Not even at Customer Service... I didn`t find anyone, that can guide or to tell me something about(as is written that note...in case no one is at flower department need to ask Customer Service) The cashiers ask twice to come somebody to Flower Department, and no one show up! At last, came a lady(that because I ve contacted and ask her) and explain me what`s happening. After that, shows up other employee(his name Dhruv), and the lady ask him to help me. I found Dhruv, cooperative, helpful, and thank to him I could take what I wanted and accomplish my "mission" on your store! About you...Mm/Sir Manager. shame on you, because you can not and have no ideea how to deal with a store! The flowers are important, especially on any kind of holydays, Mm/Sir Manager! My respects Dhruv, and thank you very much!
