Incredibly rude and short with me while trying to get the right price on buns.nWon’t be coming back. I’ll stick with Costco.nThe lady in the bakery section was very pleasant and helpful. So thank you to her.

Decent prices store laid out well considering its under renovations. Produce was fresh but limited in veggies. Having said that what was there was great.

Every day I come in for the staff at my store and we buy our lunch from the deli hot counter.nToday I went in at 11:45 and had to wait 25 minutes for soup. The soup and chili offered were the same as yesterday and quite frankly the steak chili was overcooked no juice to it at all and we threw it out yesterday it tasted terrible, I was sad to still see it in the pot this morning.nSecondly I picked up a scoop full of scalloped potatoes, the container size is absolutely ridiculous! A scoop of potatoes cost me $8.37. Sorry thet is a gouging. Although explained to me by your friendly staff that the container even’s out the price portions when you buy the hot meat lunch offers. Sadly I disagree yesterday I bought 8 chicken flings to the tune of $11. ?? Chicken flings,,,really $11?nPersonally bring us back to the little foil bag I use to buy my flings and fingers I hate buying the huge container for a scoop of potatoes or for 8 flings. Weight charged that is inexcusable.nI am 65 and on a fixed income. However Safeway is starting to really out price themselves and it makes my heart sad. I never shop anywhere else for lunch or my weekly groceries.nThank you

As for shopping there, it was ok. Overpriced, but alright.nWhat I’m not ok with, is while my wife is battling breast cancer, manager Andrea decides to fire our 16yr old daughter for missing a couple of shifts. Our daughter missed shifts due to accompanying my wife in her appointments. My wife was in contact with Andrea every step of the way making her aware of the challenges we are facing.nNeedless to say, will not spend our hard earned money with heartless, selfish people running the store.nTelling a 16yr old child ‘your mother’s cancer is just a little hurdle.’nWe are still shocked.

Do not get the Chinese food from here. I got it for supper and the rice was stale and crunchy couldn’t even eat it, noodles were crunchy amd stale, Gyoza’s were dry and stale and same with the chicken balls. I paid 30 dollars for old stale Chinese food I couldn’t even eat
