Safeway Inglewood

Safeway is too expensive for me. I went there on a Wednesday at 6:00 PM and the place was almost EMPTY! Everyone is shopping at the Wal Mart because it’s way cheaper even Wal Mart produce is way too expensive compared to El Safadi or H&W. Safeway is a nicer shopping experience though with spotless aisles and fancy pre made meals, etc. If you have more money than time and need your supper pre made then Safeway might be for you. The bread is also better than Wal mart. It looks like they actually bake their own products at the Safeway. Wal Mart just gets frozen stuff shipped in and then pretends like it was made in house. Wal Mart bananas look fresher because they are turning over more product. I’d say 3 stars. Safeway is not for me but maybe it’s good for rich people who don’t want to cook.

Celina is an absolute angel! I was having a pretty average day, but she completely brightened it up. She’s such a wonderful employee. From now on, I’ll happily choose her checkout over self-checkout—even if it means waiting a few extra minutes in line!

Firstly, When a five year old comes to claim their prize for completing the elf on the shelf contest, you don't come out holding the elf shouting that someone had already completed the the contest. Thanks to your incompetent act, she is not only no longer interested in elf on the shelf she is also scared of them now.nSecondly, when there are five of you standing around and someone is trying to checkout with a full cart, maybe open up a lane instead of directing them to self checkout and then open a lane for the senior citizens not even forty seconds later.nThats the level of care you give? I wouldn't mind Safeway fully adapting the TFWP if that's how you conduct yourself.

Decent prices store laid out well considering its under renovations. Produce was fresh but limited in veggies. Having said that what was there was great.

Always stop here for flowers and have never been disappointed. Thank you Safeway!
