AMAZING!! Jane was super accommodating. I didn't give her much notice, yet she was able to create this incredible dish. Surprisingly light with the best cream cheese frosting I've ever had. Thank you so much!!

Jane does amazing work! I had sent her a picture of what I wanted for out wedding cake and she did an amazing job and the cake was absolutely delicious! She had someone deliver it for us at the hall and when I got there and say it, it was breath taking. Would definitely recommend Jane's amazing work to anyone looking for a cake.

I need to say a big thank you to Jane. My husband was on a business trip in Kingston, he supposed to come back home for his birthday but the he had to stay longer. I contact her through email to make a last minute birthday cake order. I told Jane what I wanted with pictures and she made exactly what I wanted. Perfect I was well impressed. My husband was happy and the cake was very delicious. Thank you so much Jane. Top recommended

I have had both cupcakes and cookies from Safari Cake Boutique. The chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing were delicious. The chocolate chip cookies did not last long either. They were awesome. Jane was very friendly and helpful. While I was at the store I saw a cake she had just completed, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Safari Cake Boutique to anyone looking for baked goods. They’re delicious!!

Ordered a vanilla buttercream birthday cake for daughters birthday thinking a homemade cake from a professional would be worth the money. Looked delicious however once everyone was eating it , the unanimous opinion was that it was dried out and tasted stale , like it had been made days prior. Considering the price and the fact that it was supposed to be a bakery cake made to order, it was truly a disappointment. Half the cake went into the garbage as no one would eat it. Would have been better of getting a cake from the grocery store.

Jane did a fabulous job on our wedding cake and desserts! Everyone, including ourselves, were super happy with how everything looked and tasted! Have used her many times for our anniversary and birthdays and she surely never disappoints

THe presentation of the cake is beautiful. nicely decorated. Ordered for my daughters birthday. Delivery was ok altho i was told the person arranging the delivery was unnecessarily rude. The frosting/icing on the cake is terrible. it is the consistency of shortening with very little taste even at room temperature. I was told it was a butter cream meringue "as stated on the website" It was a huge disappointment and will not be ordering again. Make sure you are familiar with a "italian meringue buttercream" before ordering as it is tasteless and a weird consistency.

Delicious cakes, cookies and baked goods. If you have a peanut allergy this is your go to place in Kingston. You don't have to worry about cross contamination. The owner is willing to work with you and make a cake that you will be happy with and the design you want. I have had friends who have had their wedding cakes made here and they were doubly impressed.

I went into the store and got a dirty look from the lady working when I asked for assistance. She was no help at all and wouldn’t take her eyes off the computer for one minute. She said to me that what I see in the store is what I get. Very rude, I was so excited from seeing online that this place was awesome hut turns out it’s not, I had better luck at the fish store beside them. The florist, amazing. Great personality and very willing to create your desired needs. I would never ever go there again for cakes and I am going to tell everyone I know not to go there because of my experience. Cakes by Krista is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and willing to work with your needs and wants.

Did not receive the best customer service today! I walked in the store as I was in the area and got super excited to see on their sign that they provide peanut-free cakes. I am looking for a cake for my son who has a peanut allergy. I entered the store and could hear someone in the back! No one came to welcome me to the store. I walked around their small store front and only got service when the telephone rang and the lady came to answer it. I wasn't overly concerned about this initially as I could have called out to inform them I was in the store. I showed the lady a picture of the cake that I was hoping for and got a short answer from the lady saying that that would be a custom cake. She proceed to rudely tell me that they are busy and only take a few custom orders. Fair enough but wasn't sure why she was speaking to me in that tone. I informed her that I didn't need the cake until the end of August which she again shortly told me that was her busiest weekend month. I told her I didn't need it on a weekend but a weekday if that helped. She then told me that they were closed Sunday and Mondays. I was starting to realize she probably wasn't going to have time to make my cake so I said no worries thank you and started to leave. She then rudely asked which day I needed it on. And I decided that I was no longer wanting to purchase my cake from her. Clearly she didn't really want my business. So I said thank you for the information and left. I realize I came in off the street but if she was busy she should have said I needed to book a time or come back when she had more time to talk to me. Not a good experience!
