I ordered a Gourmet Shareable Salted Caramel Apple recently and it is absolutely delicious! The fruit was fresh, beautifully decorated and ready on time. The box that the fruit came in looked classy and was a perfect, practical yet beautiful gift box. The staff were super friendly and helpful! I can't say enough good things about all my experiences at this store! I will be back for more!

Fantastic last minute gift buying experience! It was my wife's birthday, and she said 'don't make a fuss'... Yeah. Right. Flowers have been done to death, etc etc, and I wanted something special and fun for her. She was thrilled with the Birthday Basket- thrilled. The presentation was beautiful, the fruit fresh and delicious, and the chocolate covering very VERY yummy. The fruit lasted 2 days in the fridge, only b/c that's how long it took to eat! I highly recommend this outlet and their products. I'll definitely be making other purchases in the future!
Great for sending gifts! We ordered online in the morning and the gift was delivered in the afternoon. Super easy ordering online and great service. Their webpage has an order status tracker so we could check in. The individual who received the gift was very pleased with the quality. Would definately order again.
Ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a balloon for my husband on our Anniversary. Got the chocolates which were amazing but no helium balloon. I was so disappointed. I worked 13 hrs and never got to spend any time with him. So I wanted to do something special. Called the store and the lady there stated she must have forgotten. First time and last time I guess.
I wish I could rate this location more than 5 stars! I live in Toronto and my friend recently moved to Kingston and I sent them an Edible Arrangement via the website which was made by this location. I had stated that my arrangement was a birthday but by accidentally purchased a product with "Thank you" emblems and an employee from this store noticed this discrepancy and had called me to clarify the situation, had that not been done I never would noticed. Furthermore, the recipient was not present when the delivery was made and ended up going to the store to pick up the delivery and the store was kind enough to message me to notify that they would refund me the delivery fee without me asking. I have ordered from other Edible Arrangements within the GTA where they have left the arrangement outside the individual's home and it has melted in order to still honour my delivery charge. The arrangements did not look as viewed and I must say that this was NOT the case with this location. The pictures I received from my friend looked exactly as displayed on the website. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service Edible Arrangements Kingston!!
I received a lovely edible gift from your store containing an assortment of fruits dipped in chocolate with a helium balloon for my 60th birthday celebration party last week and it arrived in perfect condition. The store called me in the morning to ensure I would be home to accept delivery and it arrived at the pre-planned time. Everyone at my party thoroughly enjoyed the fruit as I did. All the fruit in my gift basket was fresh and the fruit basket also looked fabulous and everything tasted wonderful. I'm very pleased to highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Kingston. I'd also like to especially thank my long time friend Patty for ordering this special gift for my 60th birthday.
We are extremely pleased with the product and service provided. Thank you so much for the quick delivery and amazing arrangement. When you don’t live nearby you need to trust and these are people you can trust.
Arrangement was just like the online pictures. Pick up was fast and staff were personable. Price seems too high for what you get, though.
Extremely satisfied. Friendly service and beautiful, tasty, treats. Great for any occasion.
