I've been training at Sadohana for a couple of years now. It's a wonderful community but beyond that, the instruction is top class. This is very good martial arts, and very accessible for anybody wanting to try things out.

Great atmosphere, everyone feels like family. Instructors are very well trained and the self defense programs and bjj are very thorough and make for a great workout. Highly recommend

Simply the best place to help you learn that, subtle can be a lot more than you can ever think.

Mind blowing Jiu Jitsu!  Whether Japanese or Brazilian, expertise or exercise, family or fun, you'll find what you're looking for here.  Five stars aren't quite enough for Sadohana.

I have been training here for a long time, and the depth of knowledge possessed by the head instructor continues to boggle my mind. The methodical, technical approach to jiu-jitsu, both Japanese style and Brazilian, really makes it easy to digest and get better faster. I cannot speak highly enough of this school.
