If you are a residential customer don't waste your time calling Sabelhaus West cause you are not important enough to them. Especially their residential estimator who has a million and one reasons why he missed his scheduled appointments more than one time. When he finally showed up and gave me an estimate which was a little high but given the time of year and it wasnt a big job I expected that but I said ok when can you do the job and he said he could send a guy over next week and he would call to confirm the following day. Well again he never called me back and he never sent a painter to do the job plus he has never returned my calls. So his actions tells me if your a residential customer with a small 1 day job Sabelhaus West doesn't want to be bothered by you. His actions also tells me that I probably shouldn't trust their painters either. If you can't trust their estimators how can you trust their painters as they are all from the same tree.
