Excellent and speedy service. The staff is nice and there is almost no wait time

Had a pass from SAAQ, but was 1 hour late. Made me wait. A lot of people but only two people working. It is as incompetent as the governments Saaq. We have no choice to be here.

Excellent & friendly service. Very well organized and not too many people if you arrive at opening. Appointment recommended. Scheduling an appoitmwnt was easy and with it we were in and out in 10 minutes.

Heard only good things about the service and accessibility at this SAAQ. But the question is, do you still accept walk ins? Example: already scheduled online for a May 22nd appointment because that was the earliest date available, but the letter received states to have photo retaken by June 20?

False advertising they say they’re open till five but they close early without notification and block you at the door. Terrible service.
