He asked me to put my mattress in the way the day before so Tuesday for Wednesday ok perfect I tell myself that they are planning ahead! The next day Wednesday does not come?? The next day Thursday they are still there because they say they pick up between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.???? I tell myself he will pass during the day and no when I come back from work he is still there we leave a message they tell us sorry for the delay.... Friday without fail Friday the day passes come back from work and he is still there! Of course it finishes at noon so impossible to call back but the collectors at 9 p.m. SURELYThe weekend passes Monday Tuesday PASSES we send a complaint! Again he sends us a message to tell us where the mattress is located????? OR YOU ASKED US TO MAKE IT ON THE EDGE OF THE ROAD ALLLOOO the mattress is so visible in front of the apartment block that a vehicle has to drive disappointed!
Getting worse and worse. Suddenly they no longer want to pick up a brown bin because there is grass in it even though their website says it allows it.nThe answer is that they don't prefer to have it but they also don't want to update their list to remove it....nTo say that we pay for this service, and that we must keep quiet because we have no other choice but to accept everything that they take away from us as a right each year. The price goes up and the service goes down.
The EXO offices are located in this building and the service is number 1 as well as the cleanliness of the premises very welcoming.nThe entire staff is very professional and welcoming.
I moved in at the end of August and on September 8 I contacted them to find out what to do with my excess waste and recovery. All the collection was delivered on the requested date but they decided to only collect half and today October 2nd they are asking me to keep the balance until the next collection. Now that everything is soggy I have to put everything back in my apartment. Quite a service!
Garbage collection services are once every three weeks, everyone's garbage bins are overflowing. Its cause of waste problems is left almost everywhere without public places and businesses since citizens have nowhere else to get rid of it. Reduce the frequency of garbage collection to be greener... not very ingenious
