I went there at 9:50. Waited until 10:30 I get service in a Wednesday morning. 2 ladies was inside serve all. About 10pm pole was there. With appointments and without. 4 seats for each group inside. And rest just stand outside waiting. It was not Too bad compare to ones in the city and they still take sans rendezvous . So it’s a good thing. I’m glad I have my plates done in a hour Thank you. The blonde lady with glasses was very nice but only willing to speak in French. Mercy . Good luck guys

Very quick and fast. Especially during the Covid 19 time, when other service outlets are chaos to get served. They operate from 9:00 to 5:00, closed during lunch from noon till 1:00pm.

Well after dealing with this branch for over 30 years I find myself both disgusted and absolutely horrified at the reception that I received today. I am an English speaking client and have never been treated as I was today. First of all the only reason I went in person is because I was hung up on when trying to call them..Too busy to answer the phone So I was asked if I speak French yes unless I have a complicated problem which I did I was thus told that I could NOT BE SERVED in English. I was with my husband who is completely bilingual so asked what happens if I come here myself? No one here can speak a little English? I was told..WE ARE QUEBEC HERE. WE SPEAK FRENCH. We are under NO OBLIGATION to serve you in ENGLISH. What an arrogant and disgusting and disrespectful thing to say considering the fact that I have ALWAYS been served in English at this branch. Is this really what Quebec is becoming? WOW. Our public servants have become this arrogant, as WE THE PEOPLE yeah including the English and immigrants pay their salaries? Time for this particular lady to retire and take her backwards attitude with her. I will however compliment the lady that does the pictures who has ALWAYS been very polite and accomodating to me over the years and I Thank her for doing so. Yet the SAAQ likes my English money and has the nerve to increase our registrations yet provide us with less services. What a joke we are becoming. PAY PAY PAY and shut up Quebec's new motto. Last time I support this operation. I will go elsewhere.

4 people are working the desk, despite many scheduled appointments, unscheduled queue moved rather fast

I would rather drive an extra 20 mins and go to the Chateauguay one were the staff is kind and respectful of people's time. I had an appointment so it's not like I showed up without one. The appointment line takes longer than the walk-in since they have only one person at the counter for appointments and 2 for walk-ins. What is the point of taking an appointment if we will wait as long as if we didn't have one? Good to note that when you have an appointment others have it as the same time as you and the counter people don't care one bit who got there first, they pick and choose who they want to serve. Anyhow, HORRIBLE SERVICE, it wasn't a one of this happens each time I went there and the reviews are reflective of the service you get. Do yourself a favour and drive to another SAAQ.
