Very quick and fast. Especially during the Covid 19 time, when other service outlets are chaos to get served. They operate from 9:00 to 5:00, closed during lunch from noon till 1:00pm.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this branch. I am coming from NB, so my French is not as strong as Quebecers. She was so rude to me and very discriminatory because she knew I was English. I was trying to change over my license plate, and she did not believe that I resided in Quebec, even though I had all the required paperwork needed. It was a horrible an hour long experience. When she finally started the process she then proceeded to question why my cell number was still a New Brunswick area code. I decided to give this branch a second try however I waited 1.5hrs to be told I couldn’t switch over my licensethat’s fine and to go to Longueuil in the morning. When I went to Longueuil I was then told it was by appt only which she could have definitely told me.

Horrible, they don't know anything. They try to pass other people while you out your form. In the private sector this place would be out of business!

I went to this branch to renew my registration, but instead of renewing, the staff just gave me another registration and charged me the wrong amount. Oblivious that it wasn't renewed I drove around my car until last week I got pulled over and got a ticket for 489 dollars. These people don't know what they are doing. They are unprofessional and don't care about you. Stay away.

A lady close the door before 5:00pm, you should change your schedule online, your office is close at 4:50! People still lining up outside like idiot

Went to lunch 5 minutes early. Super rude worker. Oh well I guess you can be as lazy and slow as you want when you work for the goverment.

Never had any problems with slow or rude service. If you want to wait in a long line, go to LaPinière! This is my go to place.

Thanksgiving, says it's open from 1pm to 5pm, drove an hour just to find out that they're closed. It's not like you can call them.

Poor service, needs to educate personnel to deal with clients with respect, and have shorter wait times...
