First time here, seems civilized and clean, completely in accord with Covid19 precautions. Coming without RDV, we have to wait a little bit longer than expected, but once at the counter I was pleasantly impressed by the competence and patience of the teller. He took time to explain every step and principal details on the papers he gave us.

They were kind of nice, but anyones know anything about anything je je, it's so weird, 1 hour waiting to get appointment!!! Just to change my driver license, at the window the guy was looking into folders with papers, never found whatever he was looking. I just need an appointment je je, at the end they gave me flyer with a number to call, hoo, by the way, I was calling and just say: way have so many people in the line, sorry, and they hang up the call, what a joke!!!

Excellent experience on a week day during COVID. I was served even though I had no appointement and got my damaged lisence plate replaced within minutes. Polite and proffesionnal staff.
