I had the pleasure of visitingnS & S STAR&SHINE LIQUOR OUTLET today and it truly turned my day around. Walking in with a heavy heart, I was greeted by a clerk whose witty humor and genuine warmth instantly lifted my spirits. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also engaged me in delightful conversation, making my visit not just about purchasing a beverage, but about brightening my day. Their attention to customer experience is truly commendable, and I left with a smile on my face and a renewed sense of positivity. I highly recommend S & S STAR&SHINE LIQUOR OUTLET for not just their great selection, but for the wonderful people behind the counter who truly make a difference.

So solid. I have little stickies and extra drinks all around, with sweet notes like ‘keep smiling’. These folks appreciate their customers.

This place used to be great but the new owners are absolutely terrible. Open and close whenever they feel like it. Employees that have no idea what they are doing. The other day I spent twenty minutes waiting because the employee couldn't figure anything out. Couldn't even open the register so when I gave up and pulled out cash he had to give me my change out of his own pocket. Absolute joke. Would be zero stars if it was possible.

I have been shopping here for 6 months with no qualms and good service. I have no major issues with this store in general, but when I tried to return a box of wine that was bad and tasted like vinegar upon the first pour, they said that they did not take returns on open products, even when I explained the situation. This is fair since it says so on the receipts. However, since I won't be able to return any product in the future if it is bad, I will no longer shop here.

Hey if you're out of stock on something please mark it as out of stock on ubereats. And don't argue with the driver I felt so bad that she had to argue with you getting me what I paid for.
