Our father meant the world to us. We expressed to Shawn exactly what we wanted and needed. Jones/ Jones went beyond our expectations. Needless to say, our entire family trust in Jones/Jones moving forward. Professional but yet personable. I know professionalism at funeral homes. I use to be employed by hunter-odom.

The entire staff at S. Jones Funerals & Cremations are fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better services. They are an absolute delight to work with. We lost our mom and her services what just we expected and then some. No sales pressure at all. They went above and beyond working within our budget. When it's your mom, emotions can run high. S. Jones was patient and walked us through each step of the process. They accommodated all of our requests and there were many. I can't say enough about their musicians - musical geniuses. Their professionalism ....Impeccable. I highly recommend them. I just can't say enough good things about them. They made May 10th a special day in our lives and we will never forget what they did for our family.

The level of professionalism was second to none! Mr. Jones and his team made themselves readily available to attend to all of our needs and questions no matter the time of day or urgency. They really went above and beyond and took away the stress in an otherwise sad and stressful situation. We were reminded by their service to celebrate the life that he lived and the memories we still hold dear. So many special touches were added that really captured the personality and spirit of my father and really made us so glad that we put our trust in them to handle the arrangements. In regards to the previous review posted on behalf of Edwina Britt. That was falsified information concerning this firm. Personal family problems should not be taken out on others. S. Jones Funeral Home went above and beyond our expectations from start to finish. They did everything that was instructed for them to do by the ones that was in charge. Our family highly recommend this funeral service in your time of need. No weapon formed against this firm shall prosper. Speaking on behalf of our family, when in need, prayerfully no time soon, you will be our funeral home of choice. We give you 5 stars. I have been friends Shaun for like 25 years, I have always known that this was his calling. He was created to serve other families in their need of comfort. I often recommend his services to people no matter where they are located. I pray that God will continue to keep you low and humble. Amen

Questionable businesses. When a company says, they are doing so something for a family member they should hold to their word. Had they Done that I may have rated them with 4 or 5 stars. One thing a business should never do is go back on what was originally agreed upon regardless of who might try to intervene as such this funeral home delivered poor customer service and had poor communication skills. Thus, this is now viewed as a non-trustworthy operation, and I would not recommend them to lay any loved one to rest. Then come to find out - we provided some very valuable memorials to display at the church, and this funeral home returned those items back to the owners damaged and not in the condition they were given. We also asked for additional obituaries; not a single was delivered.
