Horrible. Brought my car in to get fixed up in the middle of June, it is now August and its still going to be another "week" until my car is ready. Their excuse was that they didn't have the right number to call us to let us know what needs to be done to it. Not impressed. Needed it ready at least 2 weeks after we brought it in and now its been over a month long to get it ready!!

We had the unfortunate circumstance of having our battery losing its charge because of it being hooked up to our travel trailer too long and draining the battery. I called up Ryno Motors and requested a boost. They showed up in about 4-5 minutes. Upon arrival the technician introduced himself and held out his hand for a handshake. What!!! I couldn't believe my eyes!!! Are you kidding me??? Somebody has the audacity today to try and be friendly and professional and show up on time for a service call with a smile???? How dare they!!!! I thought all businesses just wanted to lie, cheat and take advantage of you and be grumpy all at the same time. This was a refreshing experience, experiences that used to happen a long time ago. The technician quickly boosted my truck, made sure all was good before he left. And he didn't gouge me while doing it. Great service, friendly and professional. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
