Devlin's Collision Centre

Went in to get my rocker panel fixed and car detailed. Was told it would take 1 day and would have my car back the next day. Took 2 days (which was a huge pain because i needed to borrow a car for an extra day) and when I finally got my car back, the button on my car seat heater was broken and lights would not turn off. This was obviously 100% their fault and the button was working perfectly before i brought it in. The receptionist there is a a real piece of work. The rudest most condescending person you will ever come across. How she got a job in customer service is beyond me. So instead of apologizing and admitting their staff could have possibly messed up, she tells me its a defect on my car and it wasn't any of their faults! IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN AND THEN BROKEN WHEN I GOT IT BACK. you do the math! to tell you the truth i wouldn't even be writing this scathing review if it wasn't for the receptionist and how she treated me and my wife during this whole process. The other staff there seem nice enough but I'm literally disgusted and appalled by her attitude problem. Now i have to waste some more of my time bringing my car into my dealership and having them fix it. STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS.

Amazing service! The team at Devlin's really know how to take care of their clients. I recently brought my car in for a bumper replacement and by the time they were finished with it, it looked even better than when I bought it. They also went above and beyond when I took my car in for another issue that provided me with piece of mind. No one goes to a body shop under happy circumstances, but the guys at Devlin's made both my experiences positive ones. Thank you Devlin's :)
