We originally bought a 2014 Odyssey and after 4 days realized we wanted to the new 2018. James and Chad went above and beyond and got us the exact one we wanted from another dealer in less than 24 hrs! Zero issues returning the 2014 just like their guarantee says. While on a road trip I was in a jam and needed service done to my vehicle. I stopped at Honda of Grand Forks and they were able to fit me in for the same day and got me up and running again in a few hours. I left the vehicle there, and was expecting the phone call saying "well we've found this, this, this and this wrong with your vehicle" and while this exact call did come - there was NO pressure to have any additional work done which was really nice. They just said that all of their service work comes with a full vehicle inspection and that they were just sharing the results. My service was so great, that I actually priced out some additional work that I will need done in the future, with the thought that I might make the drive to have this fine establishment work on my vehicle again.
