I love the express detail service! Great service, fast and the Receptionist Leslie makes you feel so welcome and comfortable! Great personal customer service which you don't find much these days.

I just wanted to provide some feedback in regard to one of your front office specialist named Dave. Honda had sent me over to the Collision Center because of some scratches that occurred to one of my rims when new tires were being mounted. After removing the scratches in less than 30 minutes from my rims, Dave discovered a leak in the valve stems of all 4 of my brand new tires. The tires were mounted less than a week before. He called the Honda service department and told them what he had discovered. I returned my car to the Honda service department shortly after leaving the Collision Center and they replaced the valve stems in about 40 minutes. If Dave hadn't taken the time to just press on my valve stems while dealing with a scratched rim, I may have been sitting on 4 flat brand new tires at some point. I am writing to say thank you for Dave's instincts and professionalism. He definitely prevented a major incident from occurring with a car I hardly ever drive, but is highly precious to me.

My experience with Rydells detailing shop was AMAZING. Leslie who was my service advisor was so friendly and kind. She really wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome of my car and she said she would take extra personal care to ensure it was done accurately. She told the truth - my car looked brand new when I picked it up. The inside looked like the first day I drove it off the lot 7 years ago brand new. Thanks for your hard work, you made this lady very happy. :)

Fantastic! Probably the best detail job I've ever had done in the last 40 years, my truck is only six months old and it was pretty messy, now it looks like new , Actually it's better than it was when I received it. It was good then but it's great now. Thanks to Paul, job well done. Van

I love your car wash. I have two vehicles that have monthly unlimited. The only issue I have is that your hours state 7:30 am to 9:00 pm most days. I like taking my car through the car wash before I go to work. But nearly everyday, the carwash doesn't open up at 7:30. It opens up at 7:35 or later. It is a little frustrating to me. If you're open at 7:30, shouldn't your employee(s) be there by 7:15 to make sure it's open on time? Don't get me wrong, I think you car wash is awesome and this is only meant to help make your service better, not to complain. It would be nicer going there at 7:30 and it actual be open for business on time on a regular basis. :) Thank you.
