Consistently late without telephone call up to 2 hrs at times.  Had 10 Physical therapy sessions that did not add up or even equal 1 real session.  I utilized this service for a total knee replacement and recently had my other knee replaced.  I went with the services of another agency in Rutland for my 2nd knee and have received far superior service and attention.  The quality of service was not realized until I used another agency for the same treatment in Rutland.  Now that I have had the chance to use two services for the similar post operative care I feel qualified for this review. I am very happy I went with the other agency in Rutland who have provided true quality medical services. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RAVHA due to this significant comparison.
