First time at this location. Great service by our waitress Jackie. Mild dress code I agree with. The sharable side should be bigger vs the price. More of a selection of vegetables side dishes would add to the menu. Nice Ambiance
Excellent food! Exquisite service! Staff was great! Most menu items are Ala Cart. We had a few of the shimp appetizers then the Filet & lobster tail! the Martini was Would not pass up a chance to experience Ruth Chris again! Well worth the money! Definitely 5 's!!
The food wasn't great lamb chops were not seasoned and tuff just chewy, my baked potato ws good. My friends had the stuffed chicken and the other friend had lobster both had mashed potatoes. We had 2 drinks a piece they were not strong just fruity. All in all I've had better.
This is the best steak I've tried so far! Grade AAA, cuts like butter and melts in your mouth, paired with the best mushrooms I've ever experienced. Nothing extra needed. Crab cakes excellent, salmon and shrimp excellent! Service great! Shoutout to Muhammad for creating an experience. Definitely a must try.Food: 5/5
We were so excited to go, as it was our first time at Ruth's Chris. We were kind of disappointed, our steaks were over cooked. We should've sent the meal back, but we were hopeful that the center would be perfect... Nope. The lobster was excellent, as well as the service, atmosphere, & decor.Dine in: Yes
My first time here and the experience was delightful. We had a party of six and were seating without too much of a wait.Jackie our server was excellent at catering to our needs! Jackie never left our side pretty much even though she was really busy attending to other customer as well. The decor of Ruth's is a mix of contemporary casual with a mix of black tie formal.
10/10 lovely birthday experience! The atmosphere was perfect with beautiful glass wine cases on the walls, excellent jazz music playing, and dimly lit. They had a birthday card and menu on the table with confetti for me which was a delightful surprise. Our waitress was kind and went over all the details for our first time there. We ordered a filet rare+, filet medium with shrimp, lobster Mac, and au gratin potatoes. Everything was cooked exactly as order and came out very hot. Blueberry mojito and Miller lite were as expected. Everything was delish! They even brought a mini birthday cheese cake with a candle. Will 100% go back.
I am a vintage patron of Ruth Chris from years ago. Unfortunately, it has lost that position of fine dining steakhouse. I believe leadership should invest in bringing the experience up to a 2023 model to compete with the Gibsons & Swift & Sons swanky environments. The millennials are here and will be the next generation to serve so update Ruth Chris steakhouse to compete. Parking: Easy parking
Fantastic steaks, excellent sides, wonderful wine list but not inexpensive. Well worth the cost. Linnette Howard provided excellent service! Avoid Saturday night if you can as the crowd is different - it seems like they are frequently clueless regarding the meaning of "business casual dress" and generally lacking in manners, really sorry the staff have to tolerate it. It was very cold inside for winter time All A.C. no heat. The food was delicious lamb chop were simply Devine . I'll dine again if they turn on the heat.
