In 1938 Gust Williams built and established the Rustic Inn. It became the favorite place to grab a hamburger, a beer, and some local conversation. In 1949 the Stanley Olsons acquired the Rustic Inn turning it into a full menu restaurant with a family-type atmosphere. In 1968 Everett and Sharon Peterson became the owners and kept the same high quality food and the family atmosphere. After more than some 30 years of dedicated service to their customers, Everett & Sharon turned the ownership over to their daughter Kristy Pavek in 1999. Kristy and her son Aaron are carrying on the Rustic Inn tradition the same way as her parents and the Olson's. The Rustic is proud of its "customers" and can boast of its generation of customers still coming to Stacy to enjoy the delicious food they remember. "Remember When" is a common part of the conversation you hear at the Rustic Inn.
